Ron Walz
Property Manager
I was born and raised in Grand Junction, Co .I left for Las Vegas, Nevada to go to school. While in Las Vegas I developed a passion for the food and beverage industry and worked there for about 10 years. During this time Las Vegas was experiencing a Real Estate Boom and Bust that had never been seen before. It was hearing stories from customers that would frequent our place daily, along with personal life experiences, that piqued my interest in the exciting world of Real Estate. I began buying and selling Real Estate for myself in Las Vegas. Soon after I brought my family back to Colorado where I got my license to buy and sell Real Estate. We started Pure Property Management in 2019 with a goal to be a better advocate for both home owners/investors and tenants by having a better process of communication and systems brought from running our real estate business.
Sara Carlisle
Property Manager
My goal has always been to build lasting relationships by providing friendly service. As an extrovert with an analytical brain, I can understand how trends with internal and external driving forces affect the market, importance of organization and management, and how communication and relationships are essential for success. Ethical and behavioral professionalism are now ingrained in my everyday life.
Tricia Duran
Office Manager/Accounting
Tricia is the cheery voice on the end of the phone and the bright smile you meet when you’re greeted in the office to pay rent. As a Colorado native, Tricia has lived and worked both on the Denver Metro side of the Rocky Mountains and within the Grand Valley. She graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management with a Minor in Marketing from Western Governors University. Passionate about helping others and making a difference in the local community, she strives to create relationships with great clients and offer superior customer service. When she’s not working, you’ll find her enjoying the Grand Junction outdoors with her husband and 10-year old daughter (and four dogs!).
